Pretty and all

We've seen the pictures (and they look nice, congrats). I want to know how it drives. Is it all you thought it would be? How about those seats? The thing that bothers me about an HHR (even though I have ordered a SS) is that my right leg rubs the center console. Is this a problem for you? Is it more pronounced in a stick if it is?

I didnt see any others, but they told me they had to hide mine because everyone wanted to touch it.
I have to say if you live in Phoenix and want to order an SS you should talke with either Jerry Moore, VP of Sands or Dale Bush, she can do the special order for you. I like dealing with Sands because it is NO PRESSURE.

I want to know how it drives.

It drives nice and really has get up and go. I was supriesed that it has a 2.0 for some reason I thought it was a 2.4 Turbo

Is it all you thought it would be?

Yes, it drives the way I thought it would. The only thing I don't like is the rear view mirror seems like it blocks the front view a bit.

How about those seats?

The seats are nice however, my ass is a bit wider than the seats so it is snugg and holds you in, which I think is the purpose.

The thing that bothers me about an HHR (even though I have ordered a SS) is that my right leg rubs the center console. Is this a problem for you?

I am 6'1 and I havent had that problem

Is it more pronounced in a stick if it is?

Not sure what you mean here.

I was asking if the stickshift made the leg problem with the console worse or not (I am 6'1 as well). I am also in the wide department. I'm torn between a new HHRSS and a 2004 C230 Kompressor Mercedes.

One little trick is you can push the mirror almost all the way up to the headliner to get it out of the way. I'm 6'1 too and didn't figure that out until I came to these forums.

That's a great looking car. Congrats on being #1 on the forum for a genuine HHR SS!

Now stop posting and go driving!
