This would be a perfect platform for an engine swap, or a balls-out drag car!

I'm watching it...... not that I'm going to bid, mind you, just wondering how low it will sell for.

I would offer 3K not much more.... It would make a fun "throw-away". I wouldn't use it for much else. once the wiring starts to corrode its gonna be a a head-ache

Was just looking at the photos taken when this happened.... it got at least half way up the doors, if not higher........ Besides the electric, which would be major damage, engine and tranny would probably be suspect too..... Pity.

Seller says it runs and drive fine.... but for how long?

If you look close on the pictures, you can see the staining on the seat-belts.. looks like water got to the bottom of the windows... There is a ton of staining on carpet and seats... I might bid on this as a parts car for sure. Also, on the radiator, I can't tell if that is just road-dust or left-overs from the flood... I bet it makes mud-pies in the drivway everytime it rains.

I figure this is not as much as a risk as it would have been on the coast.

Fresh whater is not as much of an issue as it was with Hurrican cars and salt water.

Having delt with flood cars before at work this one if had for a good discount would be a resonable risk.

The engines are sealed better today and if there is any issues later the $10,000 under retail would pay a lot towards them. Also like stated it could be parted out too if it starts to fail.

Now if this had been a Katrina car no way would I get near it.
