I removed the plastic housing (not sure what its called) that runs along the bottom of the windshield and that helped. My arms were a little scratched up and I dropped the wrench through twice, but it came out OK.

 

have been driving for a few days since install.

review: seems to hold pressure longer. when accelerating through the revs the car holds a more even torque. feels like i am getting a longer hold before releasing any pressure from the turbo. i used the yellow stiffer spring
i would rate this a great buy for the 5 speed crowd. a little cheaper than a sway bar but just as worthy.

no disappointment, would recommend
