HHR Shadow Edition SS
! Not to much of a savings buying used either as those parts would need to be re-preped for paint

You have unique wheels anyway, so you don't really need the SS wheels. I kinda like yours to be honest!
I think they only put those on Special Edition HHRs.
If you could purchase your Black Granite paint (or whatever the name is) for yourself and paint it yourself, you probably could save some money. But on the other hand, it would be easier and probably look better to have it done professionally. It's up to you

Currently have a pending pm to someone that did what I wanna do but with a straight black hhr not a special edition.. it looks good. I just wanna figure where he got the parts the bumpers, fog lights and a grill for $850
HHR Parts: http://www.gmpartshouseusa.com/partl...ke=6&model=HHR
Front Bumper & components: http://www.gmpartshouseusa.com/partl...layCatalogid=0
If you click into each area you need it shows the base model pieces vs the SS pieces.

I think is is close on the parts for the complete nose rear bumper. Remember you need to replace the parts under the bumper too.
Add in the labor and paint and supplies It will be a little over $2K-3K.
I had to have my bumpers replaced and no sheet metal was involved. The min cost was near $3K.
The only cheap way is used parts and there are salvage places on the web that offer them from time to time.
You will have to change the grill as the gap would look odd with the stock grill and SS bumper.

Enjoy your Shadow .....I wanted one and it took the dealer 6 tries before he was able to get me one , And I LOVE my HHRl Shadow Edition . + my turned out to be an AA5 body ( Half Panel ) & just got him pinstriped this weekend . )
No offense Shadow(IN) but you are one lucky bastard! I would LOVE to sink the cash in this to make it an SS appearance panel, but alas, It's costly. haha and the SS appearance will be badass enough.
HyperV6 Thank you for the link. :) Doing some numbers up as we speak.
