HHR SS 2008 armrest and reliability

Hello everybody! I need to decide quickly, about buying a 2008 HHR SS, manual trans. 25000 miles
2008 being the first year for SS, is it prone to problems? Reliability?Engine,turbo?
Need info about installing a center armrest (or armrest/console)
o From GM as a kit or in spare parts?
o Anything avail from jobbers or aftermarket vendors?
o This must be a common complaint on SS 5 speed

As for reliability, I have one of the 1st SS's and have no major issues. The clutch slipping is only an issue if you REALLY bump up the HP. Adding the GMPP turbo upgrade (stage kit) will not be an issue and will will satisfy must peoples need for extra speed.
This engine has been around for a while in other cars, so the HHR SS was not the gunea pig.
