With out a mod to the air box , Ya water should just fall, Its a long way to the box from there. Cowl ain't for me, But you could probally sell 100 or so of them on this site, especially if you kept up the craftsmenship. It really fits nice on our rides . Did you fabricate the risers ?

Actually the scoop skin is for an S-10 hood. I had to reform part of it to blend with the roll in the HHR hood.

Just removing the curvy weather strip towards the windshield under the hood will flow more air over the engine, (Cooling affect) But i have noticed more hood flex at top speeds.

As far as coolant temp goes, no. We haven't had any hot days here in Va since I put it on.

This is OK for a one off but it is not the way to make many:) It would make a good "plug" for making a mold. A one piece carbon fiber would be the ticket.
