They tried to call the winner Saturday morning, I think it was someone from Ames, Iowa.

I finally got the chance to upload a few pictures from the tour, thought you might enjoy them.

This is the GM SSPanel Concept car

Jay had his "Jay Leno's Garage" HHR at the run

NAPA had one in their booth

There was a guy from Washington there that I think I got a shot of, I'll try to find it, I think it is on the laptop.

Just a bit of added info on the trip, We traveled 5085 miles and averaged 30.7 MPG according to the DIC and 31.2 according to gas receipts. Over that kind of distance, I'd say that's pretty accurate. I got some bad gas on the way back and the engine ran rough, fresh gas and it cleared up. One day my temp reading started going all over the place, and my headlights would turn on and off all by themselves in bright sunlight. Later that day we took a break and since then everything is operating normal now.

Here's the guy from Washington:

There is a right way to do flames, but many wrong ways. It's all in the curves... These flames are done the right way.

Very nice!

Sorry, I have to disagree, they look terrible, don't follow the body lines at all and thus look awkward from most any angle. And I've seen a few flame jobs, my brother's one of the best in town.
