How is the SS?
I paid $13k for my 2009 SS with 74k on it last October. This included a bumper to bumper warranty that runs through 100k miles as well. Mine has the optional LSD and brembos and was already chipped (which I didn't know when I bought it).
I came from a long line of nicer cars (87 944T, 00 Audi S4, 06 GTI, and 12 Regal GS) but wanted something cheap and family friendly that I could pay off quickly so the SS fit the bill nicely. The power is what hooked me about the SS. Its just bananas. The rest of the car is pretty much what you expect out of an Econo box. If you want a nice interior to go along with your sporty box you'll need to visit the Germans, but otherwise the SS is pretty decent, just not spectacular.
