A friend here at a Bluetooth OBDII scanner. We ran a system check just to see and it didnt get any codes etc which I figured.

Someone else suggested plugging/unplugging a connector on the passenger side kick panel and pulling the negative terminal for 15 minutes. Will try that tonight when I get home from work to see if that clears and then reintroduce the camera to see if it appears

Got home and unhooked the negative battery terminal and let that sit about 15 minutes. Checked the connectors under the seats and in the passenger side kick panel and so far the light did not return. Hooked the dash cam back up and still no code when I idled it for a few minutes. Hopefully just a fluke from installing the camera.

Oh forgot to mention while resetting the ss I noticed the vent tube on the battery was broken. I've ordered up a replacement.
