Took a stroll thru my local chain auto parts place yesterday, scoping out what they carry that i will be needing for the SS down the road.They carry K&N products (the book hanging from the shelf did not go to '08 ) so i asked at the counter to check n see if they had a few things available for the SS :air filter, mebbe a K&N oil filter SilverStars/Ultras(Kinda hard to find H13's in my area, had to go thru Ebay to get the set i have now) and a few other things.
Only air filter available was a Fram(better than nothing i quess) and they had H13(singles) but not currently in stock.

Just wondering if anyone has heard if/when K&N might be coming out with a air filter for SS's.

I find a lot of on-line places don't go to '08 (or show SS's) on their sites.Kinda hard to look for stuff when they don't acknowledge the vehicle

 

You are wondering about a "drop in" filter not a SRI or CAI?

When I asked K&N they directed me towards their email update list.

 

I just signed up for the e-mail updates. They will e-mail me anytime they make a new product that will fit my SS. I got 1 email already saying they have an oil filter available.
