those coil packs will fail eventually. It’s cheaply made Chinese junk. The original ac delco coil packs are excellent

Not being a smartass or anything, but do you speak from experience? I think they're from Canada also, maybe Chinese? Made for some high end sports cars though, Porsche, Audi, LTs and LS engines, skylines and gtr? If you've had a bad experience I would like to hear about it. I actually thought they were the ZZP packs when I ordered, but I've only got 35 miles on this engine so far and have plenty of money and time wrapped up in it. Let me know your experience please.

update*
TTR rear sway bar installed along with oem replacement kyb rear shocks and front struts. Still in break in period. Hp tune by Martin from rpm on Monday, Dyno scheduled for Thursday to see what my $ got me? Will update with Dyno sheet pic after Thursday.

they look like zzp packs, which are Chinese packs. But yeah I had one of mine fail. Drove the rest of the way home on 3 cylinders and put the stock ones back in. Mine lasted about 4 months

Thanks for the heads-up on those. Already found Delco originals from summit for $140 for the set. Probably order a set tommorow 👍
The ones on it now are NPboosted brand

Rockauto has AC delco coils for $25.75 each.
Total $103 plus the 5% discount = $97.85
Shipping depends on your location.
These coils are for the SS if it matters.

Your very welcome.
Summit and Jegs along with Amazon (at times) aren't the best place to buy stuff.
Summit use to have free shipping no mater what item years ago.

Changed the coil packs back to stock, forgot I had the originals from the ldk on my Lnf engine before I committed to the swap. Less than 500 miles on them.

Oh boy!!!! Gonna need some new sticky shoes on her now!

Anyone that doubts the RPM Motorsports upgraded turbo, hers the proof it works. Martin from RPM did the tune remotely for me too, making 26psi of boost now!
