His price was $96.98.

As far as removing the air deflector and going that route. Good luck on trying that. Alot easier to just pull the bumper off. If you haven't tried this before, you'll see what I mean.

 

Well I tried to copy it. My computer skills are not the best.

 

Its not hard at all to remove that "deflector". I have done it a few times to remove or install the lower grille. Remove all necessary fasteners. Its just plastic so you can bend it a little to get it in and out. I had no troubles doing it even though i have a big ass intercooler that makes it an even tighter squeeze. And with the tabs, all you have to do is push them outward in the direction towards the edge of the grille while pushing the grille in towards the intercooler, one tab at a time.
