Just got wheels installed this morning. I'm liking the look I was shooting for.
Next up, install Pedders springs[after this weekend], then front splitter, and racing stripe to match wheel lips. Think I'll leave it along after that.
Can't believe the looks I've been getting this morning, driving around. Lot more intrest in the ole hoop now. "Moon"

I love those and the cross flags. Where did you get the cross flags from? I want them!

 

Cross flags were bought in 1996 and installed on my 1996 Impala SS. Got them at a Goodguys car show back then.
Decided to put them on the HHR-SS right after I got it.
Lets people know they are not dealing with a regular HHR. "Moon"

I think the racing stripe will break up the black and finish off the whole black/red motif you've got going quite nicely. Know what kind of a stripe you're getting yet?

Thanks for the kudos people. Just had the wheels installed this morning, and it's changed the whole look of the car. everwhere I'm been all day, it had been drawing a crowd, and lots of attention.
As to the racing stripes, I'm working up some drawings of different stripes. They will definately be Red or Candy Apple Red
Once I get the Pedders springs on[next week] and drop her down, it should look pretty decent.
