Newbie With Turbos/Timing Chain and Upgraded Cams

As my title says I'm a newbie to turbos but not to engines. Just for credibility i rebuilt my brothers 06 Civic V-Tech last year, and before anyone says i didn't use the search bar at the top, I have spent the last hour searching through this forum many different key words. Having said all that...

I bought my HHR SS back in November I think with 150,000 miles and I'm currently at 156,000 one her and everything on the GM Workbench shows service up to 98,000 miles through GM so i'm pretty sure she hasn't had her timing chain serviced in well over 50,000 miles. I'm planning on servicing this in the next couple months and while i'm in there i'm planning on upgrading my camshafts through ZZP Here are my questions to those who have done it.

How hard is the stage 2's to install with the longer lashes?
Do you need to replace the valve springs?
With upgrading the fuel pump lobe what injectors should I plan on buying with the upgraded fuel pump lobe (running 93 octane) not planning on running any higher class fuel.
What kind of HP & TQ Gains have you seen by running Stage 1 or Stage 2?

Welcome to the site! Great questions, I've not seen much on camshaft replacement, does ZZP recommend changing out the valve springs?

On the stage 1 no
On the stage 2 yes

A little more info would help, what year SS is it and what transmission?

Not much to service on that timing chain in only 50,000 miles

Welcome to the site.

Like Oldblue ask. What year and trans. do you have ?

Not really sure what you mean by servicing the timing chain. Most folks with that many miles, I would just replace the chains(yes plural since there is also the balance shaft chain) while you've got it torn down that far. A complete chain set with guides, tensioners and water pump would be my recommendation.
