....with a paddle shift. Dollar to a donut the paddle shift happens next year which will too late for me.

Are you the guys who didn't line up my side door before tightening the bolts? or was that the shorter Mexican chaps who couldn't site along the roof line?

people like the remote starts
most people wont care about the loss of HP on the autos

Others have the 5 speed ordered, my guess is the dealers just most get autos cause they know most that buy are not enthuisits (sp) and like stated before, only buy the SS for the nameplate.

Most dealerships I deal with state they rarely order anything specific, they mostly don't know until they get the invoices in on what they have coming in.

Don't really care about the paddle shifter. A slap stick will do it. A sequential 5 or 6 spd. and LSD and full HP, that's cool.

im starting to think the manual-equipped SS's will be an instant collector's item. the ratio of sticks to autos seems pretty thin.

Get one with LSD, which you cant even order on Chevy's website yet, and the sport seat upgrade and you've got an instant classic!
