I have a friend who has an SS. But his interior and seats and black and red. I can figure out how to deal with the seats buy what about the molding on the interior. Its red but id like to change it to purple. What is the actual name of the parts im uploading. The seats I assume can be done at any upolstry shop if im thinking right. But how can I get the red molding to purple and what are they called?

 

Automotive upholstery shops deal with interiors. They do seats and interior door panels. If you're letting them do the seats, let them do the door panels too.

The arm rest area and the silver trim are part of the door panel/door card.

 

If the red leather in the door card has been treated with any leather treatment or Armour all or 303, the paint won’t adhere well, dye won’t work either. You will have to take the door cards into an upholstery shop .

I read the OP as their buddy has the red inserts but their SS is the black. So they want to copy their buddy's but with purple inserts.
