Oil leak question

I have searched the forum for a tsb or such regarding an oil leak and replacing the engine to fix the problem. I saw it a few months ago and now I cannot find it. I found a oil leak one in the tsb's and recall thread, but that is not the one I am looking for. I also found a thread on the cam cover possible leak, but I am not sure that is it either. My leak appears to be coming from the front of the front of the engine, drivers side above bell housing, and running down and coating the tranny in oil. I have cleaned it all off and installed oil leak dye with the latest oil change, and would like help pinpointing the leak. I am hoping not to replace the engine. Any help would be appreciated. It is a 5spd, and not tranny fluid.

Do you have the light so you can see the dye? If so where is it coming from?

Just installed the dye, so I will have to drive it awhile before I use the black light on it, I was gonna try the light tomorrow.

Sounds like the high Pressure Fuel Pump connection to the engine. There is a bulletin coming out on that for the dealers.
