For the Panel, indeed they are. There is a Thread here however on how to install the rear seats which you can pick up at a scrap dealer - around $450 to $550

The sample run of the RPD did good and my build week is still 9/22
At least this is one advantage of being old time seems to go faster
1 1/2 weeks to build 20 days for shipping about 10/17

Well I have been without my first SS since the middle of July so this seems to be taking an awful long time to me 
But I think the 5spd, Brembo's and Performance Display is worth the wait. I HOPE !!!
