Well gents I got it fixed. Took out the two pcm plugs, maf plug and ignition coils. Cleaned then with contact cleaner and put them back. Connected the battery and boom. Boost is back.

I re-read your post, I did see the new air filter. A "fake" CAI? You actually have a HAI( hot air intake).
I don't see that it has a stage 1 tune. He said he ordered TMAP sensors and a tune, they're on the way. So there are no soldered or crimped connectors(yet). I'm hoping that the plug and play adapters were ordered.

The crimps I meant are the stock pins in the connectors. Sometimes the wire gets frayed or corroded, making for intermittent problems. The fact that diddling with the wires temporarily fixed it leads me to believe one of the pins is loose or broken.
