Can we get a long term update? I see they now offer black anodized as an option.

Work so well I don't really think about them any more. The guy who runs the company was very easy to work with. Give him a call.

like the pedals, I have the cobalt performance pedals (that work w/ all the other vehicles on the platform, ion and g5) but cant get them to fit the HHR. It is a whole new gas pedal arm and and doesn't bolt the same way on the hhr. So now I am back to square one. Will def. look into this.

I am about to order the black anodized grids with the drilled silver holes.

I saw you have a choice to do the gas pedal and the footrest smooth (for the manual). They say typically most want the gas pedal smooth and they state, for aestethics you want the balanced look of the footrest smooth as well typically, but they can do it any which way you want. I could tell for sure...it look like you got the blocked pedals...did you get the smooth gas pedal as well.

pedals

You were probably asking XXL the questions but I purchased pedals from SRP also (based on XXL's report).
I am very happy with the pedals and I am certain that I would only be happy with the smooth pedal for the gas pedal.
For what it's worth.

I love the pedals,
Could'nt help but notice how clean your carpet looks, low miles or do you know of a magic potion.

All of my pedals, and the dead-pedal are block.

OK, so you had to ask for them that way apparently. Their default is to send the footrest and gas pedal smooth, but still in the style of your choice...it still looks grid...block, etc. its just not nearly as raised...somewhat "smoothed". They go in to it on their page here:

In your pic, the gas looks less "raised"...
