Angry pete @ pedders

emailed him and told him i had a problem with the rear springs binding and making noise, he assured me he would take care of the problem,10 emails later and no response . has anyone had any of the same problems with them

I've met Pete personally, a couple of times and currently have Pedder's products on multiple vehicles. Never had any problems with Pedder's customer service.

Please explain how your springs are binding and exactly how you installed them? also, did you use the factory isolators and which end of the spring did you place at the top?

I had problems with a Pedders right rear spring clunking noise. When Pete says he will take care of you he means it...give him a little time. I contacted Pete through the Pedders forum via PM. It took a while but he did resolve my problem and I am very happy and will be a future Pedders customer. After no luck with the spring noise at an authorized Pedders dealer, Pete sent me a set of xa coilovers in exchange for the springs...the guy is pure class in my book.

i went exactly as the forum said, i also sent pics to pete and he said they have had to install rubbers around the springs, i just wish he would repond back to my emails as he said he wanted me to be happy with his products. would like to know where to get the rubber

installed them as per the instructions on the forum, i also sent pics to pete, he replied that they have added rubber around some springs. Just would like a response to where i could get the rubber from

I'm having a noise problem on the right rear, with my Pedders springs. How do I contact Pete? Would like to quieting this puppy down. "Moon"

If the noise bothers you guys that much, you can cut a properly sized fuel line or heater hose in half and lay it between the spring and the seat on the bottom coil
