If you really like the look of the factory SS wheels & wanted to spend the $$$, you could also have them chrome plated. Send Mike (GDZHHR) a PM and see what it cost...he had his 18" aluminum Boyds plated.

 

saw the Cobalt SS last night at a dealer, I really like these wheels, they are Forged Aluminum, I think they would great on our SS, and of course as
jeffs396 pointed out the endless possibilites of powdercoating on the stock wheels... so many choices, whats a guy to do???
anyway still thinking about these wheels with a set of summer tires, such as the new GOODYEAR F1 A/S tires, have not checked them out completely, but some on the Corvette forums really like them...
