I purchased them on ebay from this guy: rvinyl_inc

It was roughly $40-$45 shipped. I specifically got the protective smoked and not any darker then that, plus these are thicker then regular ones due to the protective qualities.

They go on a little frustrating. You need to follow the directions and use the soapy mixture to apply the covers. Use the tool to keep pushing it down. It sucks because you push one side and the other will pop up, but eventually it will stay down, just keep working at it. It starts to stay after you are warming it up from the friction and when it starts to dry.

They're a PITA to remove that many.

6 - Bolts (10-24 1.25")
6 - washers
6 - wingnut
from HD
Three fit perfect, the other three I had to cut the one of the wings off with a hacksaw.
