Any of you hp tuned auto guys ever start from a slow roll lay into it and hear lots of noise but it just feels like its dumping boost and going nowhere? Is this a tune thing, is it just a problem with the auto programming? Its hard to tell if it up****ing way into high gear or not engaging properly at all. Also it seems to want to upshift to early or just randomly sometimes, any suggestions?

Also I have noticed once I shift out of park I cant rev in any gear except in drive and obviously its engaged and moving at that point, and it keeps me from being able to backup effectively while on a hill or any type of garage lip/bump etc, very frustrating. Could a bad parking switch cause this? Ive only seen a couple people with this happen on auto gm cars but cant seem to find a solution.

No, all it can think of is I on the shifter, mine has a weird shift into second if you lift at all, works great if you keep it WOT. But I don't think thats what you are talking about.

 

If you mess with the line pressure , via HPTuner,
your trans may be toast...

Try the stock line pressure settings , + Castrol syn fluid + cross your fingers.

I only reduce the shift time settings, for quicker shifts.
