Reconfigured part? WTF!

2008 SS part # is 15146916
2008 Non SS part # is 15146915
2009 SS and Non SS (excluding panels I guess) is 15146916 (same as '08)
I can tell you this, these are going to be PROBLEMS!!! I looked at 3 '09 Non SS HHRs and those cute little liners were bowed up on each end like a boomerang on all three of the vehicles and on both front/rear doors. So if they ordered you a 15146916 then that is what GM is showing, but there are no notations about cutting to fit or reconfiguring. If that is what they ordered then either it is boxed wrong or GM parts needs to pull their head out.

Just before going home from work today I had to check my 08 SS because of this thread. All 4 of mine were there, but man are they flimsy and i don't think they'll stay put for long, especially once my kids notice them. They really don't sit in the bottom very well, and are very thin with no weight. It would make more sense to be thicker like the bottom of my equally pathetic cup holders because then at least they'll stay put!

the ones in the doorhandles of my 06 are fairly thick and have little tabs on one end to pull them out but I am missing all but one of my cupholder ones (2 I guess)...I would like to have those back kinda..
