RPD now Available in Canada

The GM Canada site now includes the Reconfigurable Performance Display in it's option list when building the SS. No regrets here in not having it available when I ordered mine, but thought I'd share the new news for us few up here in the cold north.

i was looking at the GM Canada site and didn't see the brembo brake option. i also notice that they have the drivers performance seat option, but the US version has both performance seats as standard now.

are these web site ever correct?

The Brembo brakes come with the SS performance package which also includes the LSD (limited slip differential). But they only come with the 5-speed.

Very strange as I know the (Brembo Brakes) are also available on the automatic.

Also unusual that the US and Canadian websites don't have the same touch and feel. Websites for most international organizations have corporate involvement that ensure the visit is consistent regardless of the point (country) of entry.

Could be wrong (often am) but was sure I had seen one at the dealership (a demo) with the Brembo Brakes. If it is not a option in the US I am more than likely in error and doubtfull that it is available here either. My order is a 5-spd so hadn't researched this before.

No the Brembos and the LSDS are only available in the US. Plus I am with the others that think the RPD looks like an after thought..... I like my storage up top.

I think Hurst is saying they aren't available in the US either with the Automatic and can only be ordered with the 5-spd as is the case here (Canada) as well.
