Seat plug ID

Hi all,
I was able to score what appears to be the sport seats from an SS. I have a very base panel, but wanted something a little more comfortable to drive with as I often am on the road for quite a few hours at a time. Anyway, I know that I don't have all the connections under my current seat so I'll lose some functionality, but I need to ID the plugs that are under the SS seats. Photo attached. The passenger seat has a wire that had been snipped - it comes off the back of the seat almost where the hinge point is at the cushions. Drivers seat has the same wire but is intact - I'm going to assume that it's for the seat belt sensor as that appears to be where the wire dives to under all the loom. Seat occupancy sensor on the passenger side is easy as is the drivers. The others though? Driver's has power, so obviously one of those plugs is for the power adjusters.. do both of these seats have heat?

Any input would be helpful! They're in great shape, I'm going to have them recovered in a grey to match my interior.

Thank you! Rick

Just to throw this out.
I have a 2010 SS and my seats are not heated.
Don't know if that was an option in them.

According to the seller, these are 2010 seats. Would be a nice bonus if they were heated, even if I have to run wires and controllers :-)

Neither style of the SS seats are heated. The standard SS seat or optional Performance seat.
If those are from a 2010 SS, then they will be the Performance seats. All 2010 SS's came with those optional ones.

And they are the performance style. I reckon I'll just start plugging in what fits and see what works or not :-)

The driver's seat in my 2010 have two buttons on the side.
The forward one is for forward and back, raise or lower the front of the seat cushion and raising the the entire seat up or down.
The rear button is for the air pump to adjust the lumbar support.

Yep, knew what the buttons were for. Since it's a short day today, I took the seats into the shop with a 12V power source and started poking around. Traced the belt buckle wires to their terminals (OE black plugs), so that's one mystery solved. The two white plugs on each seat (well, one white, one cut wire on the passenger seat) are, indeed, aftermarket heating pads. All the driver's functions work perfectly including the air pump. Heating pads also work!

So.. all mystery's solved. Thanks for the input, fellows! Now.. off to Amazon to see what I can get for an aftermarket seat heating system....

Looks like you know your stuff.
Can you just power the heating pads with a relay and a switch that has and indicator light on it ?

Probably. The pads will be pulled when they get recovered anyway. Trying to decide if I really want them. Just one more thing to wire in.
