This thread brings up an issue I was wondering about. Are SS owners more vulnerable to incompetent dealership techs because of the turbo? I'm sure the turbo is only a very small percentage of Chevy vehicles, so how much knowledge do the service people have with the 2.0 turbo? Does it take longer to diagnose and get parts because of the turbo?

Dont know if its for just theturbo but the Tech's arent really up on the new vehicle at all. They have looked at my boost gauge 4 times since jan. and it still blinks...I told them to think outside the box and actually pull it out of the pod and look at it...they said they looked at it I told them yeah and so did my 12 year old nephew he sat in the seat and looked at it, sitting right there in the pod holder??????????? So I ordered the Aeroforce gauge to replace it

i noticed before i took my car car back the first time it flickered.when they reflashed it,the flickering went away.
