Good news.

I'm pretty sure the window switches will be on the doors. So, same door trim panels used for both the manual and the auto.

Center console will have a cubby-hole compartment thing in front of the auto shifter, but no window switches on center console.

This is good... I know some of the auto folks have been concerned that they would have to keep the center-console window switches.

 

When? This sounds like a fantasy to me. I mean hey, why would Chevrolet want to install something easy, convenient, and sensible to use in the HHR?

 

This is SS only though.

So the SS-Auto trans folks still get the fancy SS Door panels.
