Last week took off from here in Greensboro, NC drove up to Mass for a few days to visit some family, from there to Bangor, Maine spent the night, then up to Woodstock, New Brunswick,Canada to visit a guy who runs the fishing lodge where I fish for Atlantic Salmon who was in the hospital (he also has bear, moose and deer hunting at his place, if interested PM me for details, really nice place!). It was minus 5 there while I was there and snowing good. From there I went down the Trans Canada Highway to Fredricton, NB headed south to Calais, Maine and on to Ellsworth, Maine for the night. Took US 1 down to the Maine, New Hampshire line, on 95 for awhile and ended up in Fishkill New York for the night. Next day down to Waynesboro, Virginia for the night then home. Red Horse (my HHR's name) ran without a hitch, about a 2500 mile run, average 27 MPG, plenty of room for the wife's purchases . Nice relaxing trip. Who says you have to go to Florida for winter vacation. Don't know why GM quit making these things?
