Underhood heat insolator ?

When I was checking out the S/S for the first time, checking fuses and such, I noticed that there was no underhood heat insolation pad/mat (?) like on the previous 1LT.
Any other owners notice this or did I not get a part?
My salesman is looking into it, whether there should be one, and said, it may not be there for better air circulation(?).
Of course the parts guy is willing to sell me one for a fee. $50.00-ish.
So I ask you, am I the only one or is this the way they (Turbos) come?

Probably the loose fuses eat it!
This was mentioned in a thread that I can not find a week or two ago.
It’s not supposed to be there.

Thanx TkHHR,
I hadn`t seen that thread, still seems weird, Turbos put out a lot of heat, hence the air radiator (intercooler).
