weekend project

Well I am finally going to do it. I will be painting my break calipers red this weekend. Ill post pictures once finished

Funny! I did mine this weekend too, and put the caliper stickers on them too. They look awesome! I used the G2 paint system and will post pics in my gallery.

How did you guys jack up the car and get the wheels off? One by one, or did you have a lift?

Im using the vht caliper paint, ran into some issues this weekend so it got delayed to next weekend, ill have pictures posted once finished.

Any time I need to do something like this like rotating the tires (which I did this weekend...) I have to lift one side at a time. I have 2 floor jacks so it usually works. Big pain though....

I use a jack and lift the SS one corner at a time. I have 4 jackstands to get all 4 corners off the ground. It's old school and a lil' extra work, but it does the trick, lol. OH! I also took the time to clean all the brake dust and grime off the back of the rims and then protected them w/ some wax/polish. I love the "sparkly new" look they have now!
