had almost the identical damage but on the right side. just put it in the bodyshop yesterday. The cost of repairs is more then the miles i have on the car!

That corner must be cursed, same sort of thing happened to my car but not nearly the result, just a small creese in the plastic bumper. Note to self, stop hitting things!

Actually...I got hit pretty hard. After I got over the sadness of it all, I was pretty impressed with the way it took the hit. Hatch still closed, no alignment problems. I will suggest one thing...they will try to repair the bumper. INSIST on a new one! Good luck! I was lucky, hit on a thursday..had it back in 6 days. Took a little attitude, but you tell them what they are going to do. Todd (Uma)

Well I am starting to get a little pissed off......dropped the SS off 2 weeks ago from yesterday......should of had it back by last wed, well what happened was they broke an adapter part from the rear washer sprayer nozzle to the hose that runs to it. Well come to find out no in in Texas has the part they broke. Well at least thats what they are telling me. As of yesterday they still didnt have the part all though they told me they finally found one......who knows when I will get it back

What is it with HHR's it looks like we get hit a lot in the rear and often in the front.

I have never seen a web site for a model with so many rear ended vehicles.
