Cheap. Crap.
I have that as well... I think it has to do with the sun roof. If it didn't have one we wouldn't be having this conversation.

an audi! you will be in a world of hurt. it's just an overpriced VW, & they are very unreliable. speaking from 9 years experiance as an extended warranty claims adjuster, we rarely do a repair claim on a HHR, & have never done one yet on an SS. but VW's , audi's & especially mercedes, are very unreliable & we spend tens of thousands of $$ on major repairs.

My mechanic friend that worked for Mercedes said steer clear of Audi's unless you have deep pockets for repairs.

A lot of little things in the interior, but it's not a $45,000 car so I can accept that.

Really needs a grabhandle on the passanger side (if anyone knows how to do this, let me know).

I don't even mind, heck somewhat like the 4 speed auto. Put it in I and it learns much quicker than my Audi ever did and works well. It's just hard not to reach down and try to shift.

The biggest issue is the motor sound.

The backend sounds good with dual magnaflows, but the front sounds like 4 briggs and straton lawn mower engines tied together.

I like the retro look of the door locks so I don't mind them.

[QUOTE=American & Proud;552833]Nothing. NOT one thing at all!

Of course, I kept the 6-7 Grand Extra an "SS", would have cost where it belongs, in My pocket.

I instead bought a 2LT Panel loaded up with the options I wanted on it. And have been Customizing the 2LT Black Panel to my liking and I am still many thousands ahead. I even bought my 2LT used with Low miles and that saved me about Half over buying the same New. (And now you can't even buy a New 2LT Panel)

Even with the low resale value of the HHR's, I am still far ahead. I knew it going in so I bought wisely and knew I would be Keeping my Panel for the long term, so resale won't come into play here. And I paid it off in 8 months so I own it free and clear now, once the 5 year warranty is done, I can make it go Fast.

not sure i get you. you dont have an ss right. not sure a normally aspirated 4 cylinder is going to get you 330hp. what dont you like about you 2LT ? i hate the bumper on regular hhr, so that will be the first upgrade on your delivery vehicle.

for my ss i dislike nothing. compared to an audi or hyundai with the same 2 liter engine, there is no equal.

as an owner for the long term. how can you blow a second turbo. i would say its the operator abusing the fun factor. i dont crank it until things are warmed up and only in gears 2-3-4. i would bet you will kill a few more.

I know, I could just get the Stage 1 kit, but after all the horror stories of having to solder in the new connectors and having the connections fail (why, GM, did you not put a mating connector on it, change ten bucks more to cover the cost, and make it truely plug and play?) I am reluctant to get it done. My SS has had no problems - I don't need to add some.
installer problem. mine has been flawless. the product is perfect, the human factor is its weakness

I hate that my 2010 SS does not have the mood light and arm rests that my 08 LS had.
I love the way I have to hold on tight to stay in my lane while I stand on it, and it takes off like a saturn 5 rocket! The LS was fun to drive, this SS is ORGASMIC to drive!
