I’m pretty much around 32-34 if it’s a long interstate trip on cruise. And I keep my foot out of it.

A stock GM tune makes 14/15 psi. How can this one produce 21 ?

'09 SS with AT, currently untuned with a 100 mile round-trip commute on weekdays. Boosting to 14 regularly.
Probably 80/20 Hwy/City and my foot is generally "in it" or stuck on 80 MPH using cruise for about 40% of the drive.
23.4 MPG over probably 20 or 30 tanks of 93 octane. I think avg. speed is over 45.

I live near George, but I ain't retired yet (damn it!) and my usual roads have higher speed limits.

If you're putting NGK plugs in there, not a good idea. Numerous problems have been posted by members trying a different brand of plugs.
Best to stick with the AC Delco Iridiums that GM calls for.
