Give up? I'm just not done yet... gotta install the cool side IC pipe... everything is already plumbed, tested, etc. (but I don't want to install the IC pipe until after I get the bozos at the dealer to swap the sensors and flash the GM stage tune, lest they get curious/confused by the metal IC pipe down there). And I've got many years' experience with methanol injection. I'll be well in to the 450whp range when I'm done... and squirting it up with meth will help keep it VERY streetable.

Good luck!

I am as are most people I work with fans of these systems.

Just what is this turbo upgrade? Above and beyond the SS turbo package you get off the showroom floor? Thanx, Gary

There are a few threads about it under the 2.0 Performance sub-heading. Basically it's new sensors and an ECM tune that bump HP to 290 and torque to 315 for both auto and stick, and increases redline to 6500. Cost is in the $600 range depending on where you look, and most people have been paying around $100ish for install (1 hour labor) I think. As it is a GM part, it is covered by warranty which is another big thing for a lot of people.
