I have a dealer offering me a new 2010 SS with manual trans for $21,500 plus tax and license. GM must be giving them lots of incentives. Seems like a good price, no? Not sure I could handle a manual if I was driving up to and around Los Angeles though.

 

Do it, You'll get used to it quick and it will be second nature, And its twice as fun as an auto . IMO
Thats about $4000 less than my first year 2008 Such a deal.

I just paid about $1500 more than that with the performance package and thought that was a great deal.

 

I should have waited......I paid $29,000 for my 2009. The thing that scares me is resale value.......Dealer trade in on my 16,000 mile 09 is onlt $15,100. That is so sad......

 

I hate to say it, but that is typical for most GM cars.

 

My 08 stickered almost $28K and I got it for under $22K.

It amazes my how so many people over pay for some cars.

The web has saved my a lot of money shopping around. I figure out a fair price and shop it around at the end of the month and usally get my price.

 

Guess I'm glad I got GAP insurance.

 

There are two Crystal Red Tintcoat SS at Sullivan in Roseville, CA. One auto and one 5 spd.

 

Thats about what I paid for my 09 and yes the resale is a *****. Heres the thing though, my car will rock forever. If you are looking at an SS you shouldn't be thinking about selling it right away. I am still pissed about not being able to get the Pioneer sound system.
