Yes, one of the posters in this thread reported that the part numbers for his 2.2 2010 were 12655420 for the Intake, and 12655421 for the Exhaust via GMPartsDirect. A quick THREADSEARCH would have given you that info :) .

However, you don't mention what the CEL codes (if any, that you are getting). Unless you have determined you are actually getting P0010/11/13/14, replacing parts without determining what the codes are, you will just be throwing parts at it, and could spend a lot of unnecessary $'s if cost is a concern.

The TCL and the rough shifting can be caused by several other things, other than the solenoids. So you really need to verify the codes.

The solenoids do not have to be replaced in pairs - you can just replace one or the other, if $'s are a concern.

Update: Tip - Please don't "shotgun" by multiple posting of the same questions via different threads - I stumbled across them and see you actually have determined that you have been getting the p0010 and p0011 codes, but you did not note it in this posting. Your other postings have been deleted so as not to create further confusion and misinformation.

I am getting a P0013 error code. I have the check engine light on. The key into the ignition is sticking at times and the engine is running a little rough. I was told it was a camshaft position actuator problem and that only the dealer could reset the computer and fix it. How much do you think this will cost?

FYi - this is the "How-to" forum. It is geared towards helping you do it yourself. We obviously cannot tell you what your dealer will charge you to fix it - you need to call your dealer yourself for an estimate.

okay so i've read about 20 pages out of 31 and am compelled to post my codes because i am having this hard shift thing happen to me with the traction control off / service traction warning but when i went to autozone i had an extra code (hopefully just something else but i don't know thats why i am posting it)

I have the following codes:
P0011
C0561

Also I am not 100% clear on what parts i need to buy because they changed part numbers so many damn times. can someone verify if these are the latest and greatest?

http://gmpartscenter.net/chevrolet-parts
12646784
12655420

Also i got a P0011 code do they need replacing?

On page one of this thread in RED letters is the latest part numbers as of March this year.

You only need one new solenoid - part number 12655420 - which is for the INTAKE side. You may want to consider replacing the other one for the EXHAUST as well since you are tearing things apart. The part number is on page 1 of this thread.

The C0561 code = "System Disabled Information Stored", I gather is information only, in that the Traction Control etc has been disabled. So don't worry about that one.

A tip for you, on long threads like this, it is often beneficial to read the starting few postings, then skip to the very end, and read backwards for a few pages. Often there are some interesting tips and updated part numbers detailed there.

Oh, for what it's worth, if it was me, I'd stick with genuine GM replacement parts for these solenoids. they aren't a big $ item.

okay I am going to try this over the holiday weekend... one question though, if i am only replacing my INTAKE solenoid (money reasons) which color one in your pictures is my intake?
Grey or Black?

I assume when I go buy my part (12655420) today it will have the correct color on it so this is a dumb question in hindsite, but i've seen stranger things happen, for instance it might come with a blue or red color! haha. Thanks so much gonna let everyone know how it comes out.

Don't go by the color - the color does not mean anything. the intake one is the one closest to the front of the car - ie: adjacent to the intake manifold - that is the one you need to swap out.

Good luck, and yeah, let us know how it goes. :-)
