Positive... not on stock, quite a few have tried.

I am pretty sure we all failed with the heat route. the ABS melts before the sealant. I even turned 1 lens yellow... too hot, too long

I cut mine apart to get the lenses off. then welded the back together

a heat gun it is too localized, ended up melting the ABS and the lip on the lens

Oh well I guess I will just keep the chrome look. I don't want to xxxx up my headlights.

I'm going to have to get a spare set and do this. I like the look and can then take off the tint I have on the headlights. Wonder if foglights are about the same?

I wouldn't paint the inside of the foglights if they can be taken apart. The only part you could paint is the reflector if I remember correctly. A vinyl overlay is the way to go for those.

These are the best I've seen. I like the black and blue ones too though.

The part that sucks is I had my lights originally masked similar to those and I really wish the chrome wouldn't have peeled off now.

I could sell the HHR because it was slow If I had an SS panel, that may have been a different story...
