Would you know at what mileage the timing chain should be replaced? My 2010 2.4 LT has about 75,000 Mi., also what other parts should be replaced along with the chain? Thanks

I'm replacing mine this winter at 170k+.

There is no specified time.
Pay careful attention to noises at start-up.

There are kits with guides and tensioners , sprockets or no sprockets, it’s up to you to make that decision, I like to replace everything and install a replacement front guide upper bolt!

Please make sure the #1 piston is at top dead centre, and the cam sprockets are aligned properly, prior to removing the tensioner from the timing chain

That video applies to the 2.2 2006 thru 2008,
yes double check those cam sprockets before you install the chain. There’s photos in here somewhere showing how they should be timed .
