Another new SS owner.

Howdy folks, my name is Ryan and I just picked up my 2010 Aqua Blue SS M5 on black Friday. I needed a car that could handle my 100 mile a day commute to work and still be fun and fast, and capable in the snow. After looking around I realized the HHR SS was a perfect fit for what I needed. I also happen to be a bit of a GM fanboy, so I'm sure that helped speed along the decision making process. I drove a little over 330 miles to pick it up in Punxatawney, PA (Yes, the groundhog town.) The car has a little bit of history to it, it was a GM executive car. It was registered to GM in July of 2009, and had only 675 miles put on it in about a year, so I got a practically brand new car for the price of a used one. I had the dealer put in the stg. 1 kit and I love the car so far.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I forgot to mention that it's an LSD/Brembo equipped model, which took me forever to find.

Welcome from another 2010 owner w/LSD and Brembos. Beware of the front brake dust! We all have it. We just deal with it. Just another reason to detail the car more often.

Go ceramic pads and it will reduce your brake dust 90 %
