I bought today a 2011 HHR LS with 117,000 miles for $5000. I recieved all service records from the owner a medical lease company that gives great descriptions of repairs and maintance completed. No leaks and runs like a champ. I could have taken a company car or I could take a $600 monthly allowace for purchasing my own car plus milage. So im taking a risk here. My question is what can I exspect to recieve in longevity with the 2.2 engine and driveline. Car will be driven an average of 45000 miles a year. Will it last to 200,000 miles? Can I deend on it?

I must say I love the car and cant believe how cheep I got it for.

With proper routine oil changes and maintenance, 250,000+ miles would be a reasonable expectation before any "High Dollar" repairs.

We have members well past 200,000 miles, some past 300,000 miles and still going strong.
