Good morning everybody! What a great & informative site. I have a 2008 Black Panel that I bought new in '08 & it has just over 60,000 miles on it. I use it at my car audio & upholstery shop, CDIDIT in Fort Worth, TX for just about everything & now it is time to give it some attention.
Have been buying bits & pieces since i boutgh it & now ready to start building it. Goldline drop springs, KYB's, 20" hyper black ADR Propulsions, Pteazes front clip, SS rear bumper cover & rocker panels, Apline 2din navi w/back up camera & have already built my own 3-bar grille & had it painted to match.
Still need exhaust, sway bars, cold air intake, amps, speakers, monitors etc. I am going to completely redo the interior w/chocolate brown & black leather w/contrasting stitching & German square weave carpet & brushed aluminum trim throughout. This HHR is going to ba our shop demo vehicle & hopefully a contender in the Phoenix Gold Builder contest. TOYO tires has generously sponsored a set of Proxes 4 in 225/35ZR20 & it looks like Flowmaster may kick in an exhaust system as well thanks to Chris Wortham @ Total Image Promotions.
