Greetings New Customer Service Advisor
Hi Everyone,
We would like to introduce ourselves as the new Chevrolet Customer Service on the Chevy HHR! Yes, we did say “we.” To better address your questions and concerns in a timely manner we will now have two individuals as your primary GM contact on this forum! Seems like the CSA's for GM keep changing more frequently than I fill my HHR up.

Come on! When is the last time you actually saw her (them?) on the site offering any kind of help? Their only other post other than the one you see here was to wish us a "Happy Saturday" over a week ago.
