Greetings from sunny Melbourne Fl!
Hello everyone!
Just purchased a silver 2010 HHR LT with 36,000 miles from a local dealership. My previous vehicle was a 1999 Chevy Blazer which i had for 7 years (Awesome truck btw, she did me well for the time that i owned her but in the end maintenance was getting a little expensive due to the high mileage.) I decided to stick with Chevy because I've had decent luck with their vehicles. I'm a student at the local community college and the 22-32mpg gas mileage was just too good to pass up for the price. I have to say that I'm impressed with the 4 banger engine, It has more "pep" than i expected. Very nice car and i look forward to driving it the next few years. I joined this forum to find out what everyone is saying about their vehicles, mostly related to maintenance, problems or improvements. I look forward to meeting you all!

Welcome & enjoy the ride!
I didn't want to but gave up my 85 Olds Delta 88 Royal Broughm 2 door monster cruiser for my HHR. Even with some minor issues I've had it was well worth the switch. If you are E85 compatable (I think you are-check your badging & for the yellow gas cap) get your self a full tank of it and see how much more pep it really has!

Ha Ha Ha thats a good question. Mine seems to act like a stall speed on the torque converter. And it downshifts on deceleration quicker. You will have to play with the buttons, it acts different on the different settings of the traction control button. Generally speaking, I haven't got a clue what it is supposed to do.
