speaking of that but little off topic...i had the ishaft replaced under warranty last year, the clunky sound from the steering wheel has returned
BUT i am not sure if they used the "new updated" verion of the shaft..dealer may have used the same part number (if the two have different numbers) I may have to change it myself in the future

My mechanic was did the safety and said the rack is broken. It had hit a high curb pretty hard.

Oh, well that confirms the rack part is damaged.
