Hello & Thanks To All
Good morning, Everyone.
I have been looking at HHR SS models for quite some time. In fact, I joined this forum back in 2009 to glean information from all of the posts and discussions. I want to say "thank you" to everyone that has shared info. I appreciate it.
I just picked up a black 2008 HHR SS to call my own. With all of the aftermarket support, can anyone NOT personalize this thing? LOL.
My HHR will be my daily driver, so I already have some WeatherTech digital floor liners arriving today. However, I have an entire list of changes I'll be pursuing to make it my own. On the short list is the new SuperChips Vivid Linq tuner, HID projector headlights (have to mod the stock housings obviously) and a new sound system.
I have the upgraded stereo system from the factory, but I miss the Bluetooth hands-free calling and Bluetooth audio I have in my other vehicles. This one will require a little more research to determine the exact direction. I like the stock look of the factory stereo, and have read the posts about replacing the On-Star module to get the Bluetooth functionality, but that won't provide Bluetooth audio. Oh, well. Research is half the fun.
Obviously, I'll be more active in the forums in the future :)
Again, Thanks.
