Hello,
Total newb here, not even a gear head. Starting out on the process with my Justice a silver 2009 HHR LT. She is a nice little car that doesn't need a whole lot of work, but I do want to start doing some low cost mods to give her all the personality she deserves. I welcome and suggestions.

I'd start with a new set of rims, a change of "fender fillers" can be a great first step.
