Cool HHR newbie

Well, I just went out and picked up a 2007 HHR 2LT the other day. I have really enjoyed the car! I'm an old school car audio and security nut, spending 25 years in that business. I've spent the last 7 years with Firestone, and got to see a LOT of these cars, which heavily influenced my purchase.

So far, this site is hands down the most informative out there, and I appreciate all that I've read, look forward to more!

to the forum audioman, and congrats on your new ride!

Hmmmm, old line car audio huh. You mean someone besides me who remembers 6X9's on the back deck with a Jensen AM/FM Cassette constituting a "cool" car stereo.

oh yea...I was an old pioneer super tuner fella...6x9's in everything in those days...

I've seen the whole trend from that, to free air subs systems, the old one amp 16 speaker set ups, SPL system, SQ systems, all the first gen "ICE" stuff..

Oh the memories audioman, those Super Tuners were pretty nifty in their day, put one in my first Camaro along with the requisite 6X9's and a Radio Shack CB....I was styling back then.
