To replace 'The Satty' - a '97 SC2 with 204K, piston knock, rigged up shifter, shot suspension, burnin' oil - yes I wore her out. Just got me a new (to me) '07 Hoopdee Hot Rod 2LT maroon, black leather, roof, pioneer, etc. to use as my DD. It is soooo sweet.

To break it in, we are in the middle of a trip to Florida. I look forward to modding this thing with the help of the benevolent members of this site.

Yes!!! I would have liked to buy an SS, but the prices were a little outta my range. But the 'need for speed' in me still comes out too often. I figger that I can mod the one I bought and still be a lot cheaper than an SS. I saw that one in the classifieds - '08/144K miles/8K price. I'll still be cheaper than that when I'm done.

She did well on her maiden voyage. 2800 miles driven, 26.7 mpg, a/c, heat, all accessories were flawless.
